How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us atsupport@tac9er.com.

What do I do if items are damaged or incorrect?

We will correct any issue involving any damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@tac9er.com.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 business days with priority shipping, but oftentimes sooner.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship out next business day.

Is there sales tax?

Sales tax only applies to orders placed in Nevada.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us at support@tac9er.com for orders that need to be canceled or changed.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a no questions asked warranty from 30 days, all the way up to 5 year. If you break it, we’ll replace it. Please email us atsupport@tac9er.com

Is any of my personal information sold or shared?

NO! We will NEVER sell or share any of your information with anyone!

Do you offer international shipping?

We don't ship to international countries at this time.

I ordered and / or received the wrong size. What should I do?
