EXCHANGES

If you ordered a product and it simply doesn’t fit correctly or has damages, we want to help.  Please contact us at support@tac9er.com and we will take care of you.   

  • All exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original order date
  • We will pay any shipping charges for items that need to be exchanged
  • Item must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging

RETURN POLICY

We are always sad to take a return item because that means you weren’t 100% satisfied.  However, we will do everything we can to make your return as easy as possible for you.  Please read our return policy carefully:

  • Item must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to TAC9ER
  • If you received free shipping on your order, we will give you a 100% refund minus a $6.99 shipping charge.  
  • We will refund the credit card originally used to place the order

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item(s) have been damaged during shipping or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within 7 days so that we may correct the issue. Email us at support@tac9er.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If your items are damaged, please include photographs if possible to assist us. Again, please notify us as soon as possible.
